We collect your email address for authentication purposes. When you use the app we also collect your professional profile information (name, specialty, institution) that you choose to provide, your session check-ins for CME credit tracking, and session ratings and feedback you submit.
Your data is used solely to operate the AAPICON 2026 convention app — to authenticate your account, track CME attendance, personalise your schedule, and enable networking with other attendees. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (supabase.com), a SOC 2 compliant database platform. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
To request deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us at [email protected]. Requests are processed within 30 days.

By using the AAPICON 2026 app you agree to these terms. The app is provided exclusively for registered attendees of the 44th Annual AAPI Convention, July 2–5 2026 at the JW Marriott Tampa Water Street.
The app is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content within the app. Session content, speaker materials, and CME resources are the intellectual property of AAPI and respective speakers.
CME check-in records are stored digitally. It is your responsibility to ensure check-ins are accurate. AAPI is not liable for missed credits due to technical issues. Contact [email protected] for CME disputes.
You agree not to misuse the networking features, submit false information, or engage in harassment of other attendees. AAPI reserves the right to revoke access for violations.
The app is provided as-is. AAPI is not liable for any dam
